Diamond Lake Endowment

The Diamond Lake Endowment was established by a local lake family who wanted to provide a way to support the lake into perpetuity. Donations are made through and administered by the Innovia Foundation in Spokane. The FDLWF invites everyone to help support our beautiful lake for future generations by donating to the endowment using this direct link.

If you have any questions, please contact the FDLWF at presdiamondlake@gmail.com or PJ at Innovia using the email pjwatters@innovia.org

Volunteering

As part of its mission, the FDLWF works to protect the water quality of Diamond Lake. However, we cannot do this alone. Whether you enjoy snorkeling, kayaking, paddle boarding, or diving, you can help improve the quality of Diamond Lake by looking for invasive species like Milfoil, Yellow Flag Iris, and Reed Canary Grass. If you believe you have found any of these invasive species, please note the location and email us at presdiamondlake@gmail.com. If you have an idea that might benefit the FDLWF or if you would like to learn about other volunteer opportunities with the FDLWF, please email us at presdiamondlake@gmail.com. We look forward to working with you!

The General Fund helps carry on the projects, activities, and responsibilities of the FDLWF. These include building community around the lake through garbage pick-ups and controlling aquatic invasive species. We truly appreciate your generosity!

The Fireworks Fund 4th of July fireworks are made possible through donations to the FDLWF Fireworks Fund. Help keep this memorable tradition going through a donation to this fund!

The Fish Pen Fund is used to maintain the FDLWF fish pen which, in conjunction with the WA Dept. of Fish and Wildlife, helps raise and subsequently release thousands of fish into our lake.

* If you would prefer to donate via check, please make checks payable to “Friends of Diamond Lake” and mail to P.O. Box 889 in Newport, WA 99156. Thank you!
